  1. Law of Attraction Books Says:

Wheat grass can be used as one of the natural ingredients for a colon cleanse along with celery, carrots, beets, radishes, kale, parsley, garlic and a few more things.
Wheatgrass is also thought to help aid digestion substantially, alleviate constipation, and act as a strong liver cleanser.Wheatgrass works by filling nutritional gaps in the diet and cleansing the blood. It makes for a better metabolism.
Wheatgrass is a powerful detoxification agent and will immediately react with toxins and mucous in the stomach before being absorbed into the blood, where it will wash away toxins stored throughout cells and fatty tissues.

I have been drinking wheatgrass for like 3 years. I have not gain plus and minus 5 pounds anytime with this period. Maybe it’s my body metabolism. Anyhow, it’s better to have a clean and alkaline body then the acid-filled sugery diet that most people are having. The wheatgrass drink help you reduce the acid content in your body and help you decrease appetite for more food intake.
Besides drinking the wheatgrass, you probably want to drink PH balance water. Anyhow, eating too much bread, noodle, rice, pasta and consume too much corn fructal syrup in the soda will not help you in conjunction with your wheatgrass drink for losing weight. You must cut down carbo & soda at all cost in order to loose weight, that means less pizza, spaghetti, white floured bread, and junk food in general.
I have a friend who’s close to 300 pounds, and he eats carbo all day long….. Hope that help….!

No wheatgrass never worked for me and I tried just about everything that there is. I know that this may seem like an offbeat answer, but I had a weight loss spell cast by this coven of witches and it actually worked. I am able to eat chocolate and lose weight!
Ditch the wheatgrass honey and try it

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

No it will not. Neither will some of the products advertised in the above posts. At least one of the sites linked is high risk.
All advocate dietary and lifestyle changes.
Make the changes, save your money, the result will be the same and you can buy a new outfit.

I don’t think so, unless wheatgrass juice helps take away cravings for sugary or fattening foods. Eating less and exercise are more important.
