diet and exercise. when I say diet it does not mean some fad or trend that some movie star is doing. It means Eat smaller meals of healthier foods. No carbonated drinks not even the ones marked diet. lots of water. You will be hungry for a while, but your body will adjust. do at least 25 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week, more if you can

Loosing weight does not depend on eating less but on changing eating patterns. You have to learn to adjust your meals so that you get 40% carbohydrates 30%protiens and 30% fats.
Remember your fats should be from good sources such as Peanuts, Walnuts, Pistachios, etc. Avoid Cashew Nuts since they are processed with fried oil to remove skins. ALL cashew nuts go through this process even those labeled as “oil free.”
Secondly, cut down on junk food. Chips, Cakes, Pastries, etc. Cut down your snacks and concentrate on meals. These meals should be spread out throughout the day in 6 small meals. This will help you digest the food properly and will prevent the formation of fat cells. Also chew your food properly. Un-chewed food is not digested properly and accumulates in the colon leading to growth of bacteria and flatulence (farts – pardon me).
Yes drinking water will help but not by making you less hungry. Instead it will raise your BMI – basal metabolic rate and will help you use more calories.
Also incorporate aerobic exercise four times a week. This will help burn excess calories. Jogging, jumping rope, brisk walking, stair climbing are all excellent ideas. Remember you need at least 30 minutes of exercise each day preferably 50 minutes. Try spreading it out in 10 minute periods throughout the day since research has shown that this works best.
Also avoid eating in times of stress or boredom. Eat ONLY when you feel hungry. Thank you.

My suggestion is to have a journal and keep track of what you eat when you eat it. Then work from there on cutting the calories first then on eliminating certain things in your diet.

eat less and run and jog go to the gym and use the machines. u will lose some weight .

in my opinion, no matter what people say, you can’t lose weight without being hungry. If you go to bed hungry every night for a couple of months, you’ll lose a few pounds. Eat sensible meals, but eat smaller portions. So you’ll be hungry half the time, but after a couple of months you get used to it and the weight comes off. And of course work out as well.

I tried going to Gym with personal fitness trainer for 6months - lose 2 Kgs only, going to slimming centre for 2months - see nothing, eat slimming pills - did lose weight but urine & **** always bleed & weight bounce back damn fast…
