I need to lose weight and need an easy diet plan to follow with two kids and not a ton of money to spend or hours to cook. Willing to take supplements along with just need something, anything!!!

I understand how difficult it is to properly diet when you have kids to take care of, and when your a bit short with money. I know some supplements that will help, they aren’t over priced, and there easy to take. They are also all natural products so you don’t need to worry about any side effects. I came across a company called BioCeuticals a couple of years ago, and at the time I was looking for some sort of weight loss supplement. I found two that proved worthy of the task. The first one is called IsoWhey and its a milk shake that I would drink instead of eating my meals. Its really tasty, especially if you add some strawberries or a banana. Its packed full of vitamins and minerals. And they other one I was using is called SatisFiber (I hope I’m spelling these right….) SatisFiber is a powder that you drink, and it absorbs the water in your stomach and turns into a block of jelly. The jelly just sits there, and makes you feel like you have had a whole meal!! I don’t think you really need any supplements, a complex carbohydrate diet should help. Suggestions: flavoured beans and rice, pasta with steamed broccoli and a little mayo, lentil curry, chick pea dip ( hummus) with bread, cut potatoes fried in 1 or 2 (max) tbsps oil, served with eggs, cereal blender drinks (mixed with fruit, as a meal replacement). Reduce your dairy processed food and meat intake, eat less than 40 grams of fat a day. I’m sorry, other than if you eat fruits, salads and bagels, much of what I suggest above will involve a bit of cooking, but it will definitely be easier on your pocketbook.
