I’m in 7th grade, 5 foot 4, I weigh 110. I am only consuming 1000 calories a day, jogging 1 and half hours constant, I’ve done it for one and a half weeks does it sound like a good weight loss plan?

why are you trying to diet??? you do not need to at all and it is not healthy for your age! your weight is fine! in fact the ideal is 120 so stop worrying!

Any weight loss plan is a bad plan for you. You are already bordering on underweight. At your age you are growing quickly and need at least twic as many calories a day as you are eating.
You are risking permanent health problems such as poor brain development, delayed puberty, organ damage, muscle wasting and bone fractures in later life if you persist in dieting.
