this category is called diet and fitness, the two are closely linked. I know for a fact that these are essential to weight loss:
    1) Portion Control - Know when to stop
    2) The Degree of healthiness of Food that is being eaten - if it’s not healthy, then it will provide more fat, less energy, etc.
    3) FITNESS - It is crucial for weight loss, there is no way around it. Do the recommended amount of exercise of ONE 30 minute workout session per day for at least 4 days out of the 7.

The only way you’ll lose weight is if you try to buy organic food with the same amount of money.
To lose weight you just have to eat less — organic food has the same number of calories as non-organic food. Organic eggs and non organic eggs have the same nutrients, same with chicken, cheese, bread on and on.
But, if you switch from processed food to fresh organic food esp. fruits and vegetables, you will lose weight.

Eating organic lard and organic sugar will make you just as fat as eating regular lard and sugar. The only benefit might be in processed food, meats and things, but you’re better off just controlling your calories, fats, and whatever.

It depends on what you eat. Organic or not, foods can still contain high amounts of fat and sugar. Just eat a good, well-portioned, balanced diet.

While most organic foods have the same caloric value as their conventional counterpart, going organic will definitely help you loose weight in the long run. Here’s why: Organic foods on the market are generally more healthy foods. There aren’t a lot of fatty organic snack-foods or desserts. They’re out there, but you won’t find as many. Also, by eliminating harmful chemicals from your diet you body will breathe a sigh of relief and start “working” better … your digestive system will eventually process calories more efficiently since it’s running on natural fuels. If your goal is weight loss, choose filling foods such as organic whole grain rices and cereals, organic hearty vegetables such as potatoes, squashes and of course greens, and get as much fiber in your diet as you can. Good luck!

u dont lose fat unless u burn it off. u dont burn it off unless u exercise enough to exhaust ur carbohydrate sores so ur body has to burn fat. a good diet only prevents u from gaining more fat. u cant get significant weight loss without exercise

As you are avoiding pesticides, herbicides and other toxins your health should improve but your weight is unlikely to drop unless you reduce your calorie intake with or without exercise.

All depends on the calories. Read the labels. Do they have a paperback of organic fruits and veggies’ calories? They’re probably pretty much the same. :)
