No! Ugh… Don’t pay attention to these advertisements! The best time to work out is early in the day. It jump starts your metabolism for the entire day. Try to elevate your heart rate for at least 30 mins a day/5 days a week. If you combine that with a diet that cuts out sugar, flour, and starchy foods, you will see the fat melt away. Just be patient and persistent, and I promise results. I lost nearly 100 lbs over 6 years ago, and never looked back. I still follow those simple rules, and maintain a very lean body. I know you want to believe there is a magic bullet, but it doesn’t exist.
You should be asking a doctor that question. I had your problem when I was younger and I wouldn’t take just anything without consulting the experts. I would not gamble with your health.
