Hey im thinking of just doing arm and leg excercises through weights and cycling , will this contribute to weight loss from stomach area or weight loss in general , or do i have to train in a specific area individually?

Yes, It most definitely will. I did the same thing. I went running and lifted weights and my tummy went away. You may need to do stomach exercises to get abs to stick out better eventually, but diet and exercise will result in weight loss. Targeting a certain area does not work. Burn as many calories as possible by using the large muscles in your legs. Goodluck!

Yes, doing that will. If you run or cycle your body will burn fat not in just one area, but everywhere. There is no such thing as spot reduction so all those ads on TV saying you can get abs with some certain thing isn’t true, you need low bodyfat for that, not some fancy machine. Try to go on runs 4-5 times a day, maybe lift some weights or do at home exercises such as push ups, sit ups, leg raises, lunges, etc. If you could buy some cheap dumbells, that would help even more if you can’t get to a gym. Eat healthy, get exercise, and get enough sleep… you’ll be on your way to a better lifestyle and body. Good luck.
