I would like to lose weight, but I want to follow a program that benefits me more than just losing weight.
I want a diet that is very healthy and good for my body and organs, with not a ton of toxins and bad fats.
I want to lower cholestrol and such.
Any suggestions?

DIET PILLS:
Diet pills are prescribed only for obese patients and should be taken only under the proper guidance of a medical practitioner or a Doctor. The diet pills may sometimes cause unhealthy and potentially dangerous side effects.
It can never be an alternative to cut the calories and boost the exercise. These pills are prescribed by a medical practitioner only for severely obese patients due to their obsession to lose their enormous weight.

You will get so many differences of opinion with this open ended question. I have tried many and the best has been one that gets you into a different way of thinking!
Thinking about exercise & thinking about the food you eat. Once you become aware of what you are putting in to your body you will start to see changes - you are what you eat as they say.
Exercise is very important too I have seen great benefits from the fat burning furnace and also the engine2 diet. There are fads and there are common sense approaches these I have got more from.
Eat more whole foods - cut down on processed foods, if it was not about 100 years ago it’s not needed. Exercise makes you feel good and fires up the metabolism see below

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
here is the list of foods, separated into 3 categories:

Alright, I hope my answer can assist you…..
(Frankly, you do not have to “ban” yourself completely from certain food. You just have to eat your “unhealthy” food in moderation. I have herewith some recommended diets and diet habits.)
1. If you are eating out? Restaurant portions tend to be enormous, and if it’s on the plate, we tend to eat it. If it’s possible, order from the kid’s menu, where portions are more reasonably sized.
2. Keep healthy snacks easily accessible. A bowl of fruit on the kitchen table, a container of celery or lettuce in the refrigerator, or a couple of cans of fruit salad in your desk at work will help you reach for something healthy when those first hunger pangs begin.
3. Substitute frozen vegetables for canned ones. Canned veggies tend to be high in salt content, which you do not require, and low in real nutrition.
4. Get a steamer for your vegetables. Steaming is one of the healthiest ways to cook vegetables. The food retains nearly all of its natural nutrients.
5. Do not ever eat standing up. Sit down and eat properly. You’ll be less likely to just pop food into your mouth without paying attention to the contents.

The best diet for weight loss is going to be a well balanced diet. To lose weight, you need to either eat less or do more. For the best results, you should do both. You should write down what you eat for the next three days. Be very descriptive. Take this information and go to a free online calorie counter. This way you can see about how many calories you are taking in now and that’s around what you require to maintain your weight. By eating just 250 calories less and exercising 2-3 times a week, you will see good results.
Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Also don’t forget to take in your essential fatty acids which you can find in salmon or tuna and plant oils. All of these will be very helpful for your body.

The one that has sustained humanity for millions of years……whole foods, sugar free and balanced. Obesity, cancer, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and heart disease barely existed until the start of the 20th century.

Hi!
I have found a great blog with a story of a woman who lost weight in a healthy and easy way. It was an eye-opener for me. I’ve tried it and I must admit that the results amazed me. I lost more than 30 pounds so far and I feel better than ever.
So, what is this diet about? Well, it teaches you how to stay healthy while losing weight. It is so easy when you know how to do it, and in a long run it shows much better results, because after other diets I’ve tried before you just get that fat back. The thing is, you have to eat a few times a day, not starve. Because when you are not eating, your body stores fat and it is much harder to lose weight. When you eat, and you know what and when and how, your body will know that there is food around so it won’t store fat – it will burn it!
Here are some hints from Betty’s blog:
1. The diet creates meal plans and recipes just for you.
2. You are able to eat a few times a day, which means that you are not starving yourself!
3. The diet is based upon calorie shifting and shows you what you are doing wrong. Betty Winter on her site explains it all.
4. What is most important, you are able to buy all the food in a local store. There is no need for some expensive fancy food that promises miracles, but does nothing at all.
5. It teaches you how to lose bad eating habits.
As I told you, this diet was an eye-opener and it works. With the proper guidance all the way through the diet, it is so easy and you can do it too. It can all be found online, as Betty describes.
Betty also gives FREE gifts to anyone who visit her site these days so be shure to check it out!
So, if you wish to learn more about this easy healthy diet, check Betty’s blog, it’s in my source. Good luck!
