I am moving from Alice Springs (Australia) to Sydney (Australia). I’m over weight and not very fit. I also have really puffy hair, which I hate. Because I’m moving to Sydney I think it’s time a loss a bit of weight and tone my body for the beaches.
Sadly it’s one of my goals in life to be able to fit into and wear mini shorts, and not scare people.
Any tips and hints will be greatly appreciated.

I play Heavy mode on ddr, and since thanksgiving to now, ive gained some weight and a little chunk. I haven’t had a girlfriend in awhile, and kind of sick of not having one, and im going to try. I’m only 15 years old, but you know girls my age, they mostly go for looks. So yeah, should i play DDR on heavy mode, lift a little, and eat more fruits/veggies to gain muscle and lose weight?

i’m quite a skinny person, but i have a layer of fat on my belly and it really gets me down and makes me very insecure. does anyone know any fast weight loss tips? im not looking to tone, im looking to burn fat off my stomach as quick as possible, but more time consuming solutions are welcome!!

I weigh 10′5 and i’m aiming to lose 5-6 pounds in 2 weeks. I’m going to the gym every day and burning off an average of just 250 calories even though i’m there for an hour. I’m eating healthily. Will I lose weight?
I’ve been told that to lose weight, you have to burn off more calories than you consume so should I be working out for 6 odd hours a day and eating 1500 calories or what?
