I’m a 13 year old girl who is 5feet2inches and weights 165 pounds,
and is this healthy??
i want to lose weight
how much weight will i lose if i do this
breakfast
1 bowl of honey nut cherrios with milk (the milk is organic and lowfat and the cereal is whole grain)
lunch
NO COKE (i usually drink 1 coke everyday)
1 banana
2 glasses of water with freshly squeezed lemon
eat 10 almonds (almonds speed up metabolism)
dinner
1 glass of green tea
and if im hungry 1 rice crispie (90 calories)
and im gonna drink water throughout the day
ill try to excersise too
is this a healthy way to lose weight?
how much weight do u think i can loose in 2 weeks

Would I lose weight if I ate 1500-1600 calories a day and lost 350-400+ every 5-6 days?

Ok so if I do 300 situps and a 1 hour workout howmuch will i lose a week? And what else can i do o lose more weight in a week?

Once a week I do a 10 mile cycle around a very technical trails/mountain bike type track. It’s hard work and good fun. Although I do enjoy it I am wondering if I am actually benefiting from this in terms of weight loss and fitness. I’m not fat, just trying to get trim for summer. Is it enough?

My dad tried one these today & said while on the machine he felt a bit strange but when he got off after 2 minutes he said he’s never felt better! Do they have any benefits ie weight loss, health benefits or is this a new fad????

I’ve decided I want to do the special k diet (special k bars) all summer and I’m only eating it for breakfast and dinner so thats like 180 calories, if I just eat that for 2 and half months. would I lose weight.
I KNOW ITS BAD! AND I DONT CARE SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TELLING ME WHAT I SHOULD DO.
