breakfast
1 bowl of honey nut cherrios with milk (the milk is organic and lowfat and the cereal is whole grain)
lunch
NO COKE (i usually drink 1 coke everyday)
1 banana
2 glasses of water with freshly squeezed lemon
eat 10 almonds (almonds speed up metabolism)
dinner
1 glass of green tea
and if im hungry 1 rice crispie (90 calories)
and im gonna drink water throughout the day
ill try to excersise too
is this a healthy way to lose weight?

Just a curiosity thing, since I haven’t heard anything on the inheritance of eye color when it comes to hazel eyes (the color which has both brown and green regions on the iris). I know that many genes are responsible for eye color, but overall, what is the inheritance pattern for hazel eyes, and what would a cross with blue eyes result in?

Once a week I do a 10 mile cycle around a very technical trails/mountain bike type track. It’s hard work and good fun. Although I do enjoy it I am wondering if I am actually benefiting from this in terms of weight loss and fitness. I’m not fat, just trying to get trim for summer. Is it enough?

I’ve decided I want to do the special k diet (special k bars) all summer and I’m only eating it for breakfast and dinner so thats like 180 calories, if I just eat that for 2 and half months. would I lose weight.
