Hi,
I have resolved to lose weight, finally. I am not technically overweight (5ft 6 at 10 st 6lbs) but do have a spare tyre/love handles.
I am naturally starting to watch my food intake but its the exercise i am struggling with.
Not a fan of the gym and i feel very self conscious jogging, cant seem to get motivated at home so i have started walking, will this help me lose weight?
I have done an 1hour tonight, about 5 miles.

Just a curiosity thing, since I haven’t heard anything on the inheritance of eye color when it comes to hazel eyes (the color which has both brown and green regions on the iris). I know that many genes are responsible for eye color, but overall, what is the inheritance pattern for hazel eyes, and what would a cross with blue eyes result in?

I need to lose at least 30 lbs. I weigh 155 now and I am only 5′1. If I do 30 mins of cardio in the morning and 40 mns of cardio at night every day along with weight training every other day, how long will it take me to drop the weigh?♥
Im 5ft 6 and i weight 8 and a half stone. when i calculate my BMI and everything it says thats the normal weight. I got new bikinis yesterday and when i was trying them on, i looked so fat and disgusting. i’m going on holiday in 3 weeks, does any1 have any weight loss tips and good exercise tips that i dont need equipment for. x
I know weight loss will not occur without diet, exercise, behavior modification, so please don’t lecture me. I just wondered if the shots help at all in the process. Thanks.
Me & My Boyfriend have a bet going on about who can get to their weight loss goal 1st… it keeps both of us on our toes!! My Goal is to be a size 6 before Christmas- I am currently a size 10/12.
We are trying to figure out what the prize should be… We aren’t Rich- and I am thinking we will hit our goals in about 4/5 months which is around Christmas / New Years!

has anyone tried one of these weight loss centers that are run by a doctor? I know you get appetite suppresants and b12 shots and follow a diet. two people at my work have had great success with one in our area.
