I need to lose 15 - 20 pounds or so in 3 months from now. For health reasons. Please help! Anything will be appreciated. Oh and i always drink mt dew soft drinks but recently switched to water all day every day will that help alot? Anyone know from experience??? Thanks

Okay if I dance for about 30 minutes - 60 minutes a day, and eat healthy meals with little or no calories, then do crunches later on in the day, and probably dance some more (because I love dancing) plus my normal walking around the house, and to places and such, how much weight will I lose in the first 2 weeks?

Hey all, I’m 14, and not really fat but would like to loose a little weight, mainly because I oftn struggle at sports, ect. at School compared to other people. (I’m exactly 6ft and 80kg).
All of the weight loss methods I have seen so far on the internet have all been “buy this, and this, and this, and then this, any you’ll become super slim”! And that just seems stupid to me (and I dont have the money).
So basically, i’m looking for any advice people can offer on a manageable weight loss solution. I don’t requisr anything specific, just any advice people can offer. Thanks all for your help :)

My aunt got me a surprise prom dress, but it is about an inch to small. I have been running extra and eating insanely healthy for about two months, but nothing is budging!!! What are some “magic” foods that you can eat all the time in order to easily lose weight? (this is in addition to my regular exercise routine)

My mom is planning on using one and wants opinions of those who used it, is it a good weight loss pill that actually helps lose fat weight instead of water weight?
I’m skeptical of all weight loss supplements but my mom is insistent on using one.

I am a 23-year-old Type I diabetic, and though not overweight, I would like to lose a few unneeded pounds. As you may know, the use of insulin often negates weight-loss efforts, and I have struggled for some time now to get back to my “ideal” weight. If anyone can recommend a good diet program or even throw out some suggestions of how to combat this problem, it would be greatly appreciated!!
