i’m 14, i weigh 123 and i’m 5 3′ tall
i have a 27 inch waist and i wanna get down to 25.

I know that many genes are responsible for eye color, but overall, what is the inheritance pattern for hazel eyes, and what would a cross with blue eyes result in?

ive been doing research on matcha and i read that regular drinkers have a 30-40% increase in their metabolism which results in weightloss. i was just wondering how long would you have to drink matcha tea to notice weight loss results? in other words, what makes a regular drinker? they’ve been drinking it for a month? 5 months? etc? thanks!!
Me and my son try to talk walks(he goes in a stroller) around the neighborhood everyday. We usually are gone for 30-45 minutes and we walk at a moderate speed. There are hills in our neighborhood as well and I was just wondering how long do I need to walk before I notice weight loss? I really need to lose this baby weight that was gained throughout my pregnancy.

I have been working out for at least 11 days consecutively and have not notice any weight loss. However I have noticed that I have more energy and feel better. Please, how long should I wait to see results ?
