Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don’t need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. Okay if I dance for about 30 minutes - 60 minutes a day, and eat healthy meals with little or no calories, then do crunches later on in the day, and probably dance some more (because I love dancing) plus my normal walking around the house, and to places and such, how much weight will I lose in the first 2 weeks?

I need help please. Im gettting so depressed from things not working out. Please give any safe no pills needed tips for me. I find that walking up and down stairs is difficult and simple things like tying shoes. I’m too young for this. But I have no money to go to these weight loss centers. Please help!

I have been exercising 4 times a week at a place that is similar to curves called Butterfly Life. I feel great from exercising, but I am not losing any weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I really need to start eating healthier. There are some Quick Weight Loss places around here, but I really don’t have the extra money get into it. I had a baby June 1st, am 5′9″ and weigh 240. I’m trying to lose about 60 pounds. Does anyone have any good diet plans or helpful hints?

Im 13 years young and im 80 kilos.. i want to lose weight fast before i start year 9. What do you recommend for a quick weight loss.( Its really hard for me to lose weight. I want to be put on jerimine but my mum wont put me on it. And shakes,pills,diets,the gym wont work cos my mum wont ether buy it or wont go with me. )
