I have been looking into taking Acai berry tablets but was concerned that I may be too young and that side affects may occur if I take them. I am an underclassmen in highschool. What do you think?

Me & My Boyfriend have a bet going on about who can get to their weight loss goal 1st… it keeps both of us on our toes!! My Goal is to be a size 6 before Christmas- I am currently a size 10/12.
We are trying to figure out what the prize should be… We aren’t Rich- and I am thinking we will hit our goals in about 4/5 months which is around Christmas / New Years!
Any ideas?!

I diet and exercise, i am just trying o get rid of tummy fat. Is this product ok to use? will it work to speed up my weight loss? I only want to take a little bit, like half a pill before the gym.
When i get to my desired weight and i stop taking this pill, will the weight be put back on? or only if i dont take care of my self

I have heard a lot about green tea and how it can help with metabolism and burning fat. How many cups of Green Tea should one drink in order to help with the weight loss. Also when is the best time to drink the tea? Before or after a meal? I know they have pills with the Green Tea, but I have a hard time in swallowing pills.

I’ve been going to the gym for two weeks now. I started off 3 times a week but now am going 6 days a week. I was wondering if I should eat weight loss tablets - there are so many I don’t know which one to choose. Or should I try chinese weight loss tea? Please give some friendly advice. Thanks.

i have about 40 pounds to lose and it’s proving to be very hard to lose. i feel ive always eaten the same way and gained this amounf of weight on only 2-3 years and im only 25. ive had some other random health problems that may or may not be connected. whenever i go to my general practicioner she’s like there’s nothing wrong with you and that i am not taking care of myself and not a kid anymore. she may be a bit right but I would still like to see if there are underlying causes to this. nutritionists just create menus and chart your weight loss progess, so what kind of doctor would i go to for this? i am not at all fat enough for stomache surgery and dont really believe in it anyway. i would like to get my metabolism/thyroid, etc. tested?

I am 15, 5′8, and weigh 125-130 pounds (it fluctuates). What should be my weight loss goal for the end of the summer? Any tips on losing this would be appreciated. So far I have just been drinking a lot of water, and keeping of junk food.
