I want to start running every morning for about 20 minutes on my treadmill, and then maybe gradually work my way up to 30 minutes. I’m 15 and about 135 pounds. I was wondering if I ate well, and continued to exercise every morning, when would I start seeing a difference in my weight and body?

Just a curiosity thing, since I haven’t heard anything on the inheritance of eye color when it comes to hazel eyes (the color which has both brown and green regions on the iris). I know that many genes are responsible for eye color, but overall, what is the inheritance pattern for hazel eyes, and what would a cross with blue eyes result in?
The reason I ask is a friend and I have lost about 3 stone (42pounds). She is 5ft 2 and I am 5 ft 8. We started at different weights and no one seems to have noticed I have lost anything, though she is constantly getting compliments about how much weight she has lost. It’s very demoralising.
Which meds are best for weight loss? There are so many out there and just wanted to get some feed back from any experiences out there.

…Maybe a “fat flush” one? I heard that to kick start weight loss, particularly around the middle, a fast/flush could help???
I gain/lose the same 10 pounds easily but this time it is a little more stubborn. I work out and eat sensibly… I just want a boost.

I’ve been running 20 minutes every day for the past week and have been eating healthy. How long will it be before I notice weight loss? Will I initially gain some “weight” from gaining muscle or not? I haven’t weighed myself, I don’t want to lose my motivation if I haven’t lost anything…
I just got a gym pass and I started working out for the past 5 days. I jog everyday for about 10 minutes and walk for 20. I do the elyptial machine for 30. When will I start to see weight loss. I’ve been dieting too. I’m getting frustrated because I haven’t noticed a difference. Thank YOu.
I have trouble starting a weight loss i know i can keep it but i heard some people say that if you do a juice diet or an all meat diet for the first couple of days of your diet that it will kick start your weight loss .. is this true or does anyone else have a better idea or suggestion ?? THANKS!!!
I had gastric bypass about 7 months, I have been in that stupid plateau stage for about a month now. Which normal I know, but I have been stuck at 80 lbs weight loss for a month. I just cant seem to get beyond the 180 mark on the scale. Any suggestions from other gastric bypass patients would be great! Not getting discouraged, I know it will come off, just want to know if there is anything I can do to help it along again!
