I am looking to lose weight. I have been working out as well as changing habits. I want something to help me a little more. Are there any weight supplements that actually help? I am 245 and 5′ 8″ and i am looking to go down to 200 or even 190.

I am 20 years old, I weigh 180 lb’s and I work out almost everyday. I keep working out and i see no results in losing my belly flab. I have been working out for over 3 months now and I am getting fed up with not losing weight in the belly area. I need a diet pill that will give me that extra boost so i can finally see results. Is there any certain pill that will help me accomplish this goal?

My mom is planning on using one and wants opinions of those who used it, is it a good weight loss pill that actually helps lose fat weight instead of water weight?
I’m skeptical of all weight loss supplements but my mom is insistent on using one.

Is there a safe weight loss supplement that I can take to get started. I have tried watching my diet and portion control but nothing really is working. I will lose maybe 5 lbs but always seem to gain it right back.

Just want a general idea if people think Hoodia is a viable botanical weight loss supplement? Have you tried Hoodia or another botanical weight loss supplement? Did you research the use of the supplement before starting, or just go blind?

I am a teenager who runs track and cross country, but i want to become leaner. I eat healthy, but i figure this acai thing is all natural so it cant hurt to try. would i get the same weight loss results or is one option better?

I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I’m looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I’ve found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don’t want to spend money on something that doesn’t work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects. And I don’t want extreme caffeine that keeps me up at night. Any ideas??

why would you buy that BS? just diet sensibly and exercise a lot. there is not substitution for exercise.
