I am moving from Alice Springs (Australia) to Sydney (Australia). I’m over weight and not very fit. I also have really puffy hair, which I hate. Because I’m moving to Sydney I think it’s time a loss a bit of weight and tone my body for the beaches.
Sadly it’s one of my goals in life to be able to fit into and wear mini shorts, and not scare people.
Any tips and hints will be greatly appreciated.

i’m quite a skinny person, but i have a layer of fat on my belly and it really gets me down and makes me very insecure. does anyone know any fast weight loss tips? im not looking to tone, im looking to burn fat off my stomach as quick as possible, but more time consuming solutions are welcome!!

Hey, does anyone have any tips on weight loss? I’m about 1.60 and I’m almost 50kg and I think tha’ts pretty heavy. Its not healthy either so does anyone know what I can do to loose weight and keep it off without anorexia or bulimia or anything like that?? Thx!

Okay I’ve been trying to lose weight forever. I hate being overweight. I don’t have the money to join a gym or anything. I’ve done pretty much everything but I always give up. What are some secrets or tips or anything that can be beneficial to someone wanting to lose a significant amount of weight. I heard distilled water helps, does it really? Do you know anything that could make a difference?

i work out a fair bit and exercise alot and i dont really eat much junk food, and yet i still cant see a difference in my weight loss. does anyone have any tips?
