My friend and I have a weight loss challenge and whoever loses the most after 3 months gets a free trip to Las Vegas plus a C-note from the other person. It’s a simple pound for pound competition. I want to know who is more likely to win based on our starting stats:
Me: Male 5′9″ 204 lbs
Friend: Male 5′11″ 190 lbs
I think I can probably lose more considering I am more overweight to begin with, what do you think?

Just a curiosity thing, since I haven’t heard anything on the inheritance of eye color when it comes to hazel eyes (the color which has both brown and green regions on the iris). I know that many genes are responsible for eye color, but overall, what is the inheritance pattern for hazel eyes, and what would a cross with blue eyes result in?
my sister in law is going to spend 100 euros on eletric current weight loss with 20 sessions.. suppose to make you lose 3-4 inches where you want it… but I don’t think it would really work…. which do you think will work faster in two months, 20 sessions of eletric currents, or two months of strict diet and exercise?
Hey im thinking of just doing arm and leg excercises through weights and cycling , will this contribute to weight loss from stomach area or weight loss in general , or do i have to train in a specific area individually?

i have heard that doing pranayama everyday for about 15min morning and evening especially kapalpathi and anulom- vilom will help in weight loss and getting clear skin??if so how long should i wait to see the results??will the changes be gradual??
Once a week I do a 10 mile cycle around a very technical trails/mountain bike type track. It’s hard work and good fun. Although I do enjoy it I am wondering if I am actually benefiting from this in terms of weight loss and fitness. I’m not fat, just trying to get trim for summer. Is it enough?
If it helps: I’m in my 20s and am talking about moderate weight loss. About 2 pounds a week or so.
