I want to start running every morning for about 20 minutes on my treadmill, and then maybe gradually work my way up to 30 minutes. I’m 15 and about 135 pounds. I was wondering if I ate well, and continued to exercise every morning, when would I start seeing a difference in my weight and body?
What Eye Colors Can Result From A Blue-eyed Parent And A Hazel-eyed Parent Having Children?
Just a curiosity thing, since I haven’t heard anything on the inheritance of eye color when it comes to hazel eyes (the color which has both brown and green regions on the iris). I know that many genes are responsible for eye color, but overall, what is the inheritance pattern for hazel eyes, and what would a cross with blue eyes result in?
what would be a good prize. Any ideas for time structure or rules? How do you figure out body weight loss percentage?
By becoming a vegetarian do you have “more energy”, loss weight faster? feel better as a whole??
NO SPAMMERS PLEASE!!!
OK, so I’m trying to lose a few pounds and just generally get healthy. Would anyone like to be my weight loss buddy? We can swap notes and see whose diet is working better. Has to be female between the ages of 14-17. Email me if you’re interested.
Hey. I have been trying to slim down but have been having a hard time. Does anyone want to be weight loss buddies? We can keep a food diary with each other and stay motivated.
Just email me:]

I have just joined a Gym that will open in September. I am so excited cause I feel like I am finally going to take control of my life. I am a 20 year old Aussie female and I am 4′11 and 130 pounds. I wouldn’t call myself fat just not in my ideal body.
The equipment I would probably use are Treadmill Rowing machine Stepper & Bike and I want to do a Yoga class and a dance class.
I’m just curious as to any tips people have about the best machines and classes to use and participate in and appropriate orders.
I know that to boost the metabolism you are to eat 5 - 6 small meals a day, but honestly it’s almost impossible to do for me. I only ever eat 2 normal sized meals (with the odd apple or biscuit in between) and I have little time to eat 6 meals with uni and work taking up most hours. Would that be a problem?
Also, I’m Queen of eating chips while watching movies with my partner. Would I really have to stop that? I’m not after immediate weight loss just a healthier lifestyle. Any tips?
I have protein powder that has 70 calories, 1 gram of carbohydrate, 17 grams of protein and no sugar per serving. Would this be effective for weight loss when combined with cardio exercise? if so, should it be taken before or after working out?
I am 20 years old and I weigh 215lbs and my BMI is calculated to be 38.1. I was wondering if my insurance would cover a type of surgery for weight loss. I have Tricare under my dad’s name, and I was hoping that they would cover a procedure such as the lap band surgery. So if anyone out there knows a answer, please give me one.
I’m 6′2, 215 lbs, and I want to lose weight… Does anyone know what might be a good weight loss goal for me? (oh, and what might be a good diet for me to go on?)
I’m 28 years old, 4′11″ & around 140 lbs. I’d like to lose 20 lbs. I work out 4-5 times a week (a mixture of both cardio & medium intensity strength training) & I try to watch what goes into my body.
I’ve dabbled in whey protein before, but always lost interest pretty quickly so I never really stuck with it. Would consistantly using whey protein (one or two shakes a day) help with my weight loss goals? Also, are most brands pretty much the same?
